Quotes

Quotes are valid for 7 days. 

We cannot hold dates or provide tentative bookings. To confirm your quote and secure your date, we require an initial 50% deposit and approval of these terms + conditions. 

It is your responsibility to review all event details, including the date, wedding venue, and quantities of items to be delivered.

Consultation

We provide a complimentary, no obligation 30 minute, Zoom consultation. 

This is an opportunity to get to know each other and begin to design your vision for the floral styling of your wedding. 

During this consultation we will try to ascertain your budget, theme, style, likes and dislikes. 

We ask you to provide photo inspiration at this time. This helps us create a tailored and accurate design quote for you.

All our prices are quoted in Australian Dollars and are subject to GST.

Once our services are booked and your deposit is paid, we offer an additional consultation. 

This consultation is used to help finalise your floral styling for the day. 

Further consultations are at a cost of $70 for a 1-hour session with one of our team.

We are available via email. 

Please note our working hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. 

Please allow a 48-hour turnaround on emails. 

Alternatively, a phone call can be scheduled at a convenient time for both parties.

BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS

A booking is confirmed once a 50% non-refundable deposit has been paid. 

A payment plan can be set up at your request. Payment is required by direct bank transfer, credit card, cash or PayPal.

We do not accept tentative bookings. 

If you would like our current availability please reach out, we will provide this to the best of our abilities. 

The outstanding balance is due two weeks prior to your wedding date. 

If this falls on a weekend / public holiday, it will be due on the business day prior.

SUBSTITUTION

At Moss and Magnolia our business ethos is to prioritize the use of locally grown, seasonal and freshest flowers. 

Whilst we understand you may love certain flowers and have a desire for them to be included, we will always choose the best quality and in season flowers at the time of your event.

If you have a specific floral requirement, we will do our best to source it.

We are in a business very affected by weather, supply chain and transport issues. 

From time to time we are unable to obtain the originally planned flowers, you will be notified, and a suitable flower will be substituted. 

We ask you to trust our knowledge and experience when making these substitutions, however we will always leave the final tick of approval to you. 

WEDDING CANCELLATIONS

If your Wedding is canceled, an administrative fee of 30% of the total quote will be retained. 

Alterations to your wedding date must be notified at least three calendar months in advance, the new date will be subject to our availability. 

Please note prices may vary due to change in seasonal availability.

Cancellations within one month of the wedding date are payable in full.

We appreciate life happens, and sometimes things are beyond your control. We understand please reach out as soon as you can and we will do our best to accommodate. 

VARYING AN ORDER

We ask that all changes to your design/order be made at least one calendar month prior to your wedding date. 

Change requests made any closer, will at our discretion. 

We endeavor to accommodate, however, please be aware this is dependent on availability, suppliers, lead times, etc.

DELIVERY

We require all venue contact details to be confirmed upon paying the deposit. 

Bump in times will be confirmed one month prior to your event.

If you require us to Bump Out as well, this will be charged accordingly.  

It is your responsibility to ensure all contact, venue and management details are correct. 

PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY

We ask for your permission to allow the professional photographer to supply Moss and Magnolia with professional photographs of our work from your wedding day.

We will credit all photographers and suppliers when using any content on our platforms. 

PRIVACY POLICY

Our Privacy Policy is accessible at

DATABASE

We will keep your personal details on file for our own use in regard to your wedding. 

We may contact you from time to time in relation to events / points of interest we see to be of relevance to you. 

We respect your right to unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time.

We will never sell / give your personal information to a third party.

By proceeding with your quote, you agree to our Terms and Conditions as stated above.
